This guide outlines your options for participation, key policies, and how to get started.
Program Options for Healthcare Professionals
As a program member, you have three flexible options to offer GastroDefense products to your patients:
Option 1: Wholesale Purchasing
- How It Works: Purchase GastroDefense products at wholesale pricing (45% off MSRP) to sell directly to patients at your practice or through your website (if restricted to registered patients).
- Benefits: Keep products on hand for immediate patient purchases, ideal for those with urgent gut health needs. You set the retail price at or above MSRP, retaining the profit margin.
- Best For: Practices that want to provide instant access to products during patient visits or via a secure patient portal.
Option 2: Patient Fulfillment Dropship Program
- How It Works: Register for a free Dropship account to receive a unique link and QR code. Share these with patients to purchase products directly from our website (gastrodefense.com), including through listings on your website. You earn a 25% commission on each sale, including recurring autoship orders.
- Autoship Commissions: Patients can sign up for autoship (recurring subscription) on our website for regular product deliveries. You receive a 25% commission every time an autoship order ships out for patients using your unique link/QR code. We encourage you to promote autoship to ensure consistent patient access to products and maximize your commissions.
- Fulfillment: We handle all order processing, shipping, and customer service, delivering products straight to the patient.
- Benefits: No inventory management or upfront costs, with commissions paid for every sale, including autoship orders, through your link/QR code.
- Best For: Practices preferring a hands-off approach with minimal logistics.
Option 3: Hybrid Approach
- How It Works: Combine Options 1 and 2. Stock some products for immediate in-office sales or website sales to registered patients (at 45% off MSRP) and use your Dropship link/QR code to direct patients to our website for additional or ongoing purchases, including autoship subscriptions, via your website or other channels.
- Autoship Commissions: As with Option 2, you earn a 25% commission on every autoship order placed by patients using your unique link/QR code. Encourage patients to sign up for autoship to support their long-term health needs and increase your recurring commissions.
- Benefits: Offer convenience for urgent needs while earning commissions on online and autoship sales, maximizing flexibility and revenue.
- Best For: Practices wanting to balance immediate availability with long-term patient engagement.
Sales and Distribution Policies
To protect our brand and ensure patients seek GastroDefense products through their practitioners, please adhere to the following policies:
1. Authorized Sales Channels
- In-Office or Through Dropship: Sell products directly to patients at your practice (Option 1 or 3) or direct them to purchase via your unique Dropship link/QR code (Option 2 or 3).
- Website Sales with Restrictions:
- You may list GastroDefense products on your professional website under one of two conditions:
- Registered Patients Only: Sales are restricted to registered patients through a secure patient portal or login system, ensuring only your patients can purchase directly. Products must be sold at or above MSRP.
- Dropship Link/QR Code: The website listing includes your personalized Dropship link/QR code, directing patients to purchase on our website (gastrodefense.com), where we handle fulfillment and you earn a 25% commission (including on autoship orders).
- Your website must not allow public, non-registered users to purchase products directly unless linked to our website via your Dropship link/QR code.
- No Third-Party Marketplaces: Selling GastroDefense products on Amazon, eBay, or any other online retailers/marketplaces is strictly prohibited.
- Why? These restrictions ensure patients receive professional guidance from their healthcare provider, maintain the professional distribution model, and protect our brand's integrity.
2. Pricing Guidelines
- Adhere to MSRP: For in-office or website sales to registered patients (Options 1 and 3), products must be sold at or above the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) provided in your program materials. Undercutting the MSRP is not permitted, as it undermines brand value and fair competition.
- Limited Sales for Near-Expiration Inventory:
- If you have wholesale inventory nearing its expiration date, you may request written permission to offer a limited-time discount.
- Submit your request via email to [email protected], including details about the inventory (e.g., product, quantity, expiration date) and proposed discount.
- Await written approval before proceeding with any discounted sales.
- Why? Consistent pricing supports all program partners and reinforces trust in our brand.
3. Restrictions on Paid Advertising
- No Unauthorized Paid Ads: You may not run paid advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, or other online promotions) using the GastroDefense product name, brand name, or related trademarks without our express written permission.
- Requesting Permission: To seek approval for paid advertising, submit a written request to [email protected], including details of the proposed ad campaign (e.g., platform, content, duration).
- Consequences of Violation: Unauthorized use of our brand in paid ads will result in a copyright complaint filed with search engines and/or advertising platforms, as well as immediate termination from the GastroDefense Professional Program.
- Why? This policy protects our brand’s reputation and ensures all advertising aligns with our professional standards and messaging.
4. How to Comply
- Promote Through Your Practice: Use in-office consultations, educational materials, or your Dropship link/QR code to recommend GastroDefense products to patients, and encourage autoship for recurring orders.
- Website Compliance: If listing products on your website, ensure sales are restricted to registered patients via a secure portal or include your Dropship link/QR code to direct purchases to our website. Maintain MSRP for direct sales and verify patient registration systems are secure.
- Avoid Unauthorized Platforms and Ads: Do not list or advertise products on Amazon, eBay, other online marketplaces, or through paid ads without permission.
- Monitor Inventory: For wholesale purchases, check expiration dates regularly and contact us early if you need to request a sale for near-expiration products.
- Review Your Reseller Agreement: The full terms of these policies are outlined in your Reseller Agreement, signed upon joining the program.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to follow these policies, including unauthorized sales, pricing violations, unapproved paid advertising, or improper website listings, may result in warnings, copyright complaints to relevant platforms, suspension, or termination from the GastroDefense Professional Program. We actively monitor online sales channels, advertising platforms, and partner activities to ensure compliance.
