GastroDefense Refund Policy
We are happy to refund the purchase price of any Sovereign Laboratories product within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date provided that you return the unopened product or products (if you are requesting a refund on a multiple quantity order). Please do not return opened products, we cannot provide a refund. Unopened products returned after 15 days will be refunded at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued until we receive the unopened items from you.
Items purchased from Amazon, Walmart, or any non-Sovereign Laboratories website should go through that respective website's refund process.
Replacement Policy
We will replace any damaged or defective product and send out a replacement product as long as you have the receipt. Replacements requested after fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date will be at our sole discretion.
Return & Refund Process
To initiate the refund or replacement process, please email us at [email protected] and include “requesting a refund” in the subject line. We will email you instructions.
Please note:
- You must be able to send us the purchase receipt for the product being returned, if requested.
- If you ordered multiple products and are wanting a refund for the entire order, all unopened products must be returned for the refund.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
GastroDefense customers are provided free shipping to all U.S 50 states + AA/AE/AP. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Your package should arrive within 4-5 business days after shipping.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are only able to ship to addresses within the US, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
International Shipping Disclaimer (applicable, but not limited to, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia): GastroDefense does not assume any responsibility for delays or delivery failures for any reason. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds for shipping charges or products that don't arrive, including customs seizures. The customer assumes all risk for orders shipped outside the USA and its territories.
