GastroDefense Refund Policy
We are happy to refund the purchase price of any unopened product within forty-five (45) days of the original purchase date. We do value our customer’s feedback and if you, or your patients, are dissatisfied with the products for any reason, please let us know and we will refund the money back to the reseller only. We do not accept product returns or replacement requests from patients who purchased directly from the reseller; Resellers are required to initiate this process with us. Any items purchased on your website should go through your respective refund process.
We will replace any damaged or defective product and send out a replacement product as long as you have the receipt. We may, at our discretion, require the return of the defective product at our expense for examination to help us determine the cause of the defect. Alternatively, most retail locations can provide an exchange if the product is returned to the place of purchase. Replacements requested after forty-five (45) days of the original purchase date will be at our discretion.
To initiate the refund or replacement process, please email us at [email protected] and include “requesting a refund/replacement” in the subject line. We will email you instructions. You must be able to send us a copy of the purchase invoice or order number for the product being refunded or exchanged.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
GastroDefense wholesale purchasers are provided free shipping to all U.S 50 states + AA/AE/AP. Most orders ship within 24 business hours with the exception of Friday orders which will ship the following Monday.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are only able to ship to addresses within the US, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
International Shipping Disclaimer (applicable, but not limited to, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia): GastroDefense does not assume any responsibility for delays or delivery failures for any reason. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds for shipping charges or products that don't arrive, including customs seizures. The customer assumes all risk for orders shipped outside the USA and its territories.
